Rio Rancho City Hall 3rd & 4th Floor Office RenovationsThe renovation for Rio Rancho City Hall’s 4th floor (2020) and 3rd floor (2021) office spaces. Working in partnership with the contractor directly from the beginning propelled two on-time and on-budget solutions to the briefs — convert underutilized waiting and reception areas of the City’s Finance and Legal Department offices into functional office and meeting spaces. The primary design phase requirement was to maintain consistency with the surrounding materials, specifications, electrical, HVAC, security and fire safety systems. In working with the City of Rio Rancho, the practice began its expansion into the Institutional realm to provide our services to municipalities, counties, states and federal government entities. |
