...who we are
In operation since 2012, Campoverde Architecture's services span from early stage project feasibility to construction observation. Our design approach is mission-driven, harmonizing contemporary aesthetics, user friendliness and climate-sensitive response.
...why we do this work
We believe improving our environment through design is a form of appreciation of our human potential. With every adjustment we make to our surroundings, comes the opportunity to perform magic. In the most proactive sense, we look for opportunities to imbue architecture with a mission greater than its individual parts, giving it the greatest potential to elevate the lives within and around them. Once a place is created it is part of the shape of our community.

...the team

Cory Greenfield, AIA

owner / principal, NCARB member

Cory’s professional career path began in the construction trades and management where he experienced the receiving end of design and budget directives, learning that practicality is often the salvation of a project’s existence. He primarily practices through delivering thoughtful and budget-friendly projects to private and public clients. Cory teaches architecture at UNM and is developing a series of public art pieces, including Virga I for the City of Albuquerque Public Arts Program. The natural phenomena, social energy and cultural history of the high desert of New Mexico inspire his work.

Carlos Andre Chavez

M.Arch; project designer

Carlos holds an extensive background in fabrication as well as a GB-02 Construction license. He shares a passion and a belief that architecture can change its built environment not just physically, but also culturally by employing the many different facets he has learned throughout his education and career. Carlos enjoys being able to carefully navigate design intent with construction realism and real-world processes, along with including the client and builders, in order to achieve a more holistic project.

Nikki Brown

B.Arch; designer I

Nikki approaches architecture through its surrounding context. Cultural needs, utilitarian needs, and contextual needs all play a role in each project. Using this as a foundation, Nikki attempts designs that are playful and inviting. Nikki is also a designer and fabricator, focusing on appealing visual themes, he brings this same playfulness to graphics and fabrication.
