Rio Rancho Department of Public SafetyOur second project for the City of Rio Rancho and in collaboration with Consolidated Builders was to renovate the existing locker rooms and fitness gym. In a building shared between the Police Department and the Municipal Court, the first challenge was to confirm the code viability of the Owner’s desired changes, after the contractor had already proposed a project budget. After fortune smiled on the cart-before-the-horse approach, we altered building-wide circulation to enlarge the the gym and locker rooms while upgrading the finishes, fixtures and lighting. |
